Carve and Paint a 1936 Ward Bros. Canvasback with Rich & Ross Smoker #04174210
Princess Bayside Beach Hotel (map)

Carve and Paint a 1936 Ward Bros. Canvasback – Beginner to advanced, micro-motor or hand tool carving. Starting with a western red cedar cutout from a telephone pole, the same as Lem and Steve did back in the day, join Rich and Ross Smoker to carve, paint, and finish a Ward Brothers Trademark 1936 style canvasback. You will carve the body and the head, then eyes obtained from the same maker as back then will adorn your canvasback's head. This coupled with a faux white lead texture and oil paints modified to express age, will finish this iconic decoy.
